Throughout the entire process (from check-in until completion of service) he ensured I was comfortable during my wait and kept me updated on the progress of repairs on my vehicle. The service to my car was completed within expected timeframe with recommended future service. In hindsight, repairs were done to an outer tie rod and I should have had both tie rods replaced due to the age of the vehicle and potential savings on a future alignment.
