His willingness to help and take ownership accomplished what no one else had done in two years. Newton deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience with the dealership was the complete opposite. I hope management recognizes the difference one employee can make and works to improve the level of customer service throughout the dealership. ”
