Technology
Within the 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid, there are numerous advancements that aid you in your day-to-day endeavors. Among these, you will find the optional 10-inch Head-Up Display. This device will project important driving details above the dashboard for easier viewing. Looking toward the center of the dashboard, there is a standard 12.3-inch touchscreen display that allows for quick access to your favorite amenities. Using the standard wireless Apple CarPlay®5 and Android Auto™6 integrations, you can even connect your mobile device to this system. As a result, you're able to seamlessly stream your favorite songs onto the 11-speaker JBL®7 setup straight from your phone as you cruise along Highway 32.
Engineering
Before proceeding to our dealership to take part in the Grand Highlander Hybrid, we’d like to inform you of the two possible systems found under the hood. The standard edition is the 2.5L 4-cylinder engine, which utilizes two electric motors to achieve 245 combined horsepower. This also earns you a 36/32/34 MPG city/hwy/combined8 fuel economy rating to take advantage of on your travels. As for the other option, it comes in the form of the available 2.4L turbocharged 4-cylinder powertrain with a single electric motor that emits up to 362 total system horsepower. Those who stick with the standard model will have access to Sport, Eco, Normal, and Trail drive modes. There’s even a standard EV9 setting that allows you to travel purely on electric power for a short while to save on gas for brief excursions to Cedar Lane Park. “ With several days notice that we would pick up the car at a specific time they failed to have the car ready for inspection. The car had several surface scratches that needed to be buffed out. Due to recent bad weather nobody was available to address this. We tried to get confirmation that this could be resolved at another Sheehy dealership but we are still waiting for confirmation. ”

The Pre-Collision System (PCS) with Pedestrian Detection (PD) is designed to determine if impact is imminent and help reduce impact speed and damage in certain frontal collisions involving a vehicle, a pedestrian, a bicycle, or a motorcyclist. PCS w/PD is not a substitute for safe and attentive driving. 2. Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist is designed to read visible lane markers under certain conditions. It provides a visual/audible alert and slight steering force when lane departure is detected. It is not a collision-avoidance system or a substitute for safe and attentive driving. 3. Do not rely exclusively on Blind Spot Monitor. Look over shoulder and use turn signal. See Owner's Manual for limitations.
