“ Devon King was my service advisor. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the service department systems. Throughout the entire process (from check-in until completion of service) he ensured I was comfortable during my wait and kept me updated on the progress of repairs on my vehicle. The service to my car was completed within expected timeframe with recommended future service. In hindsight, repairs were done to an outer tie rod and I should have had both tie rods replaced due to the age of the vehicle and potential savings on a future alignment. That option was not discussed with me. ”

“ With several days notice that we would pick up the car at a specific time they failed to have the car ready for inspection. The car had several surface scratches that needed to be buffed out. Due to recent bad weather nobody was available to address this. We tried to get confirmation that this could be resolved at another Sheehy dealership but we are still waiting for confirmation. ”
