“ I had an extremely frustrating experience with this Toyota dealership. They had my car remote in their possession for nearly two years, and despite calling them around 100 times, no one was willing to help. Something as simple as mailing the remote to me could have resolved the issue long ago, but that never happened. What made the experience even more disappointing was that some of the managers refused to help or even take a moment to look into the situation. Instead of trying to solve the problem, one manager seemed more interested in arguing than assisting, which only made the experience worse. The only reason this issue was finally resolved is because Newton took the initiative. He got up from his desk, looked for the remote, and found it within two minutes. His willingness to help and take ownership accomplished what no one else had done in two years. Newton deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience with the dealership was the complete opposite. I hope management recognizes the difference one employee can make and works to improve the level of customer service throughout the dealership. ”
