Very efficient operation, and everyone was very nice. Unfortunately, for the last 2 “free” services they recommended additional (not free) services that are really unnecessary. For example, at the 20k and 25k service, they recommended a throttle body cleaning that is really ridiculous. That service is nowhere in Toyota’s recommendations, and I have owned multiple Toyotas with well over 200k miles each, and not once have they ever needed this service. How can I trust them when it comes time for paid service, especially for parts of the car that I don’t understand? They are simply taking advantage of people that know very little about cars. This is what gives dealers such a bad reputation.
