Great experience with Sheehy Toyota. While I was from out of state, I saw on an inventory search that they had great pricing. I contacted them and told them what I was looking for. They found a new Tundra at a sister location that had just what I wanted. My sales rep Harry was so nice and helpful. It really was a pleasure working with him. This is how an auto sales experience should be! Harry came in early to drive to pick up the truck many hours away. We drove 5 hours to purchase the vehicle from Sheehy and we are so happy we did. Again, it was a great experience. Harry went through the truck functions with me before I left. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Harry and Sheehy to anyone. ...even if it means driving 5 hours. : )

Devon King was my service advisor. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the service department systems. Throughout the entire process (from check-in until completion of service) he ensured I was comfortable during my wait and kept me updated on the progress of repairs on my vehicle. The service to my car was completed within expected timeframe with recommended future service. In hindsight, repairs were done to an outer tie rod and I should have had both tie rods replaced due to the age of the vehicle and potential savings on a future alignment. That option was not discussed with me.

I am on by second vehicle from Sheehy Toyota of Laurel. The workers are so wonderful at every stage I had to do with. From the guys that sent vehicles for serving and ones to received me at the counters. Everyone tries to ask visitors if they can help. I am particularly pleased with Seth whose professionalism as a salesman was very important and exemplary to me. At each instance of purchase, he helped me make a good choice of vehicle. I cannot hesitate to invite someone in need of a car to contact Seth. I was also particularly pleased with the boss who enabled me obtain a good deal.

I went to the dealership to shop around for a 2026 Corolla Hybrid. I was greeted by the sales associate Kingsley Ossei. He had a conversation with me about his relations with an Ethiopian friend before we started talking about the vehicle. He then went out of his way to find e the vehicle which was very hard to get and got me a deal. I highly recommend him if you are buying from Sheehy Toyota

SHEEHY Toyota of Laurel made my car service experience very pleasant. My car was ready ahead of the time expected. The waiting room is very comfortable and has an excellent snack bar with delicious pastries and hot drinks.

Top notch. These guys were super awesome all the way around definitely went out of their way to help me out and get me in a super nice truck. Seth and Steve were the sales consultants that helped me out stayed 2 1/2 hours after closing and pretty much bent over backwards to accommodate my every need. I came in, knowing I had carried some negative equity from a former vehicle as well and Youssef Their finance guy not only eight a great deal of it within our deal, But after everything was signed, said and done, came back the next day on his own accord with an even better deal for me. I travel 35 miles to get to Sheehy of Laurel. Why do I do that? Because of my guy Kevin Willis. He is always helpful and doesn't hesitate to share his knowledge and experience. The whole service department is well run.

With several days notice that we would pick up the car at a specific time they failed to have the car ready for inspection. The car had several surface scratches that needed to be buffed out. Due to recent bad weather nobody was available to address this. We tried to get confirmation that this could be resolved at another Sheehy dealership but we are still waiting for confirmation.

Oil change but no sticker was placed on interior of window to let you know when your next oil change is due. . Also they left their seat protector cover in the vehicle when I picked it up. So
